Proceedings is a compilation of the results of research professors, actitioners and policy makers who presented at the International Conference of Padang Health Polytechnic on 11-12 December 2021 at the Auditorium Padang Health Polytechnic. This conference is the 3rd conference International Padang Health Polytechnic, which carries the theme "Policy on Protection of Children and Vulnerable Groups in Covid-19 Pandemic

Implementation of the International Conference of Padang Health Polytechnic and the completion of these proceedings would not be possible without the help and cooperation of the conference committee, the Director and the Governing Board of Padang Health Polytechnic, the speakers, the conference participants, and sponsors.
